The Foundation for Economic Governance and Public Law
The Foundation for Public Law and Economic Governance aims at the promotion and support as well as independent conduct of scientific analysis, documentation and publications in the fields of economic governance and public law with special emphasis on Liechtenstein. We seek cooperation with academic institutions in Liechtenstein and abroad.
Liechtenstein is „a constitutional, hereditary monarchy on a democratic and parliamentary basis“ (Article 2 of the Constitution of the Principality of Liechtenstein). At the same time, Liechtenstein has become a remarkable success story with outstanding degrees of political stability, economic prosperity and social cohesion. The aim of our foundation is to analyse legal, political, and economic framework conditions for this success and put these in an international context.
The Foundation for Public Law and Economic Governance pursues these aims by ways of interdisciplinary research, public events and freely accessible publications.
